Responsibilities

  • Managing the sales process through strong relationships, opportunity qualification, business analysis, negotiations and closures.
  • Identification and generation of opportunities with strong business development acumen.
  • Acquisition of new clients and managing a client portfolio with the responsibility to grow numbers year on year. 
  • Creating and maintaining up-to-date Account Plans with clear articulation of current status, target and progress.
  • Managing pipeline to drive sales revenues and exceed targeted goals.
  • Consistently achieving defined quotas by bringing value for new customers and offering more solutions to existing customers.
  • Working closely with the leadership team to align sales efforts.
  • Leveraging extended resources through effective collaboration.
  • Developing and maintaining an understanding of the territory, marketplace and competitive offerings.
  • Using effective time and territory management skills to maximise results.
  • Preparing and delivering timely and accurate pipeline and sales forecasts.
  • Sharing knowledge and be an active team player whilst demonstrating ownership of your goals and objectives
  • Keeping abreast of industry trends, competition, and new opportunities.
  • Updating and maintaining the Salesforce CRM with leads and other data for timely reporting. 
  • Resolving any issues and problems faced by customers to maintain trust and establish credibility with internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Preparing regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders.


Requirement

  • You have at least 5+ years of experience in a B2B managed services, staff augmentation and SaaS sales environment.
  • Profound knowledge of the ANZ IT (Sydney and Melbourne) market.
  • A proven record of sales & business development experience whilst managing end to end sales lifecycle. 
  • For your customers, you are always willing to go the extra mile.
  • You have a proven history of achieving sales success.
  • Social Media skills would be an added advantage.
  • You are self-motivated, have initiative and enjoy being part of a great team.
  • Experience with a CRM tool such as Salesforce or similar CRM.
  • Ability to understand and communicate the customer’s business transformation needs.
  • Be a team player by contributing, learning and sharing new knowledge and ideas.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
